Request
You can easily submit a request through the website. Simply provide the desired number of LED candles, the date and the location.
Advice & quotation
Based on your request, we will help you think through the quantities and possibilities. You will then receive a clear quotation, with no surprises afterwards.
Delivery & setup
The LED candles are delivered or collected 1 to 2 days before the event. Placement is done by the renter; we do not provide setup or dismantling services.
Use
The LED candles are ready to use immediately and operate on new, non-rechargeable batteries. These are guaranteed to last for all planned hours.
Collection
After the event, the candles will be collected again 1 to 2 days later or returned by you, depending on the selected option.

Delivery
We deliver throughout the Netherlands and northern Belgium based on quotation.
Setup and dismantling possible?
No, we do not provide setup or dismantling services. The candles are lightweight, practical and easy to place yourself.
Express delivery
Express delivery may be possible in consultation, for example for funerals or last-minute events.
Collection or delivery
You can choose delivery to your location or collect and return the candles yourself from Velp near Arnhem, whichever best fits your schedule.
Frequently asked questions
Reservation & conditions
Our LED candles are reserved exclusively for each booking. After approval of the quotation and payment of the deposit, the reservation becomes final. Because the candles are no longer available for other rentals around the event date, cancellation after confirmation is not free of charge. The deposit remains non-refundable in all cases. Further conditions are included in the agreement.

Practical information
- Free courier service from 1,000 candles (NL) or 2,000 candles (BE).
- Transport available based on quotation.
- Or collect them yourself in Velp (near Arnhem).
- The candles are packed in sturdy storage boxes for safe transport.
- Filled with full non-rechargeable batteries.
- Suitable for indoor use or covered outdoor locations.
- The renter places and stores the candles themselves.
- The candles are available for rent in a mix of 5 different sizes.
- A minimum security deposit of €150.00 is charged with every booking. In case of damage, we charge €7.50 per candle and
€25.00 per damaged storage box.
