LED candle rental for events
LED candles are completely fire-safe and comply with current regulations for event venues. This makes them highly suitable for corporate events, trade fairs and conferences where open flames are not permitted. We are the only provider in the Netherlands able to rent out up to 5,000 LED candles, making large-scale and impressive setups possible. Think of the iconic candlelit atmospheres you know from large-scale concerts and events: that exact atmosphere can be rented exclusively through us — safe, scalable and professional.

Prices & conditions for LED candle rental
Verhuur van onze LED-kaarsen start bij een minimum van 250 kaarsen. Het maximum is op dit moment 5.000. De huurprijs is €2,10 excl. btw per kaars.
The LED candles can be delivered or collected 1 to 2 days in advance and will be collected or returned 1 to 2 days after the event. We do not provide setup or dismantling services. The candles operate on non-rechargeable batteries that will stay lit throughout all the hours of your event.This gives you maximum flexibility in your planning and allows you to easily place the candles yourself at the desired locations.

All mentioned prices exclude 21% VAT.
The LED candles come with batteries included and are ready to use upon arrival. In case of damage or loss, a fee of €7.50 per candle applies.
